Nimmagadda
Pradyun Nimmagadda is a freshman at Frisco High School and the founder of BioMing Labs. At just 14 years old, he combines a passion for neuroscience, robotics, and STEM education to make science more interactive and accessible. As one of the captains of his robotics team, Pradyun enjoys building innovative solutions and mentoring fellow students.
Beyond robotics, he is a percussionist and a strong advocate for hands-on learning. Through his STEM journey, Pradyun has volunteered and inspired many younger students to explore science, engineering, and technology. His vision for BioMing Labs is to bring complex biological concepts to life through interactive 3D models and learning kits that spark curiosity in the next generation of scientists.
BioMing Labs was born from a simple frustration: biology textbooks describe the molecules of life with words and flat diagrams. Pradyun believed students learn better when they can hold a protein in their hands, build a cell from scratch, and see a Punnett square come alive. So he built the kits he wished he had.
As a robotics team captain, Pradyun understands what it means to build things that work in the real world and brings that engineering mindset to every kit design.
Pradyun is a strong advocate for experiential learning. He believes that holding a 3D printed protein or a tactile Punnett board makes abstract biology click for students instantly.
Through STEM volunteering, Pradyun has inspired many younger students to explore science. BioMing Labs is an extension of that mission at scale.
